- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
- Once processed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our facility.
- All shipments are handled by Delhivery for reliable and secure delivery.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 3–7 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS/email.
- You can track your shipment in real time through Delhivery’s tracking system.
5. Delivery Delays

Dairywala is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times.
- If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
