  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
  • Payments must be made through the available payment methods provided on the website.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery is handled by our logistics partner Delhivery.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of:
    • Damaged or leaked product
    • Spoiled or defective product
    • Incorrect item delivered
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
